Dear Jeff,
We just wanted to tell you again, in writing, how pleased, delighted and
impressed we are with the deck you folks just finished building for us.
Initially, price was one of our main concerns, but after looking at the very
impressive portfolio of decks built by your company and listening to the
sensible, helpful recommendations you made regarding the deck we were
considering, we decided the extra expense would be worth it have you build our
deck. I must say, this is one of the few times we’ve not only gotten our money’s
worth, we feel we got more than our money’s worth.
From having looked through your portfolio, we knew the deck you built for us
would be lovely. What truly amazes us is that the finished deck is even lovelier
than we had imagined it would be. The finishing touches, such as the beveled
edges, the more than adequate underpinnings and supports for the sun-shade make
us know that deck was put up to last.
I also want to let you know how pleased we were with Todd, the man who did most
of the labor in constructing this beauty. His pride in craftsmanship is more
than just competent. He is a real artisan. He was careful, tidy, and
hard-working. Everything he did proved that our deck was not just another deck,
but an example of the very best he could do--and his very best is extremely
impressive.
We’ve had other decks built in other houses we’ve lived in, and been quite happy
with them, but that’s because we’d never seen the work the Austin Deck Company
can do. Thank you again--and be sure to thank Todd again for us. We could not be
more pleased!
