Dear Mr. Dailey:
We are overdue in thanking you for the outstanding job you
did for us in our new home. The deck and spa are a wonder-
ful addition to our lifestyle and the professionalism that
you exhibited is to be commended. The workmanship is every-
thing (and more) that we had hoped for.
One more thing: many people can do good work when they
finally get around to it. With all of our decorating, land-
scaping, and other projects, we have been dealing with more
than a dozen different companies and individuals. Of all of
these, only one - YOU - did what you said you would do in
the time—frame promised.
